What you are agreeing to

FitMaxx is a personal tracker for fasting, food, weight, workouts, peptide protocols and Apple Health data. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, which says what is stored and who can see it.

Where the app was installed from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well. If the two disagree, these terms apply between you and the developer, and Apple’s between you and Apple.

Not medical advice

FitMaxx is a record of what you did and what your devices measured. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

Trends are stated, never judged: the app will tell you a resting heart rate is up 9 bpm over eight weeks, and it will not tell you whether that is good or bad, because it is not qualified to. The biological-age figure is a published estimate from routine blood markers, offered from age 18, and is not a diagnosis. Reference ranges and flags on blood work are the lab’s, as printed on the report.

Fasting, dietary changes, peptides and other medications carry real risks. Decisions about any of them are between you and a clinician who knows your history. The app records a peptide dose because you logged it; it does not recommend one, and it never suggests a longer fast.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, and the account is yours alone. Keep your Apple ID secure; anything done from a signed-in phone is taken to be done by you.

You must be at least 13 to use FitMaxx. The biological-age estimate is offered from 18.

You can delete the account at any time from Settings. That removes every record, photo and PDF tied to it from the server at once, and it cannot be undone.

Your data

What you log is yours. The developer stores it only to run the service for you: to show it back, to keep it across reinstalls and phones, and to keep a backup so that years of history are not lost to a failed disk.

You are responsible for what you upload. Only upload photos and documents that are yours to upload.

Health data written to Apple Health from the app stays on your phone under Apple’s rules, and is yours to manage there.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own tracking. Do not try to reach another account’s data, overload or probe the server, or reverse the sign-in. An account used that way may be closed.

Availability

FitMaxx is built and run by one person for a small number of people. It is offered as it is, with no promise of uptime, and it may be changed, paused or shut down. If it is ever shut down you will be told in advance and given a way to take your data with you.

The app is free. If a paid feature is ever added, its price will be shown before anything is charged, and nothing you already have will be put behind it without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or from reliance on anything it shows, including decisions about food, fasting, medication or training. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so the next time it opens. Continuing to use it after that is agreement to the new terms. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
